These Terms of Use apply to all Soul apps published by WARESOUL LLC, including Daily Motivation, I AM Affirmations, Biblical Quotes, and Islamic Wisdom.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps provide:

• Daily inspirational quotes, affirmations, and spiritual content
• Customizable notifications and reminders
• Personal collections and favorites
• Home screen widgets
• Sharing functionality

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use the Apps in any way that could damage or impair the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials in our Apps are owned by or licensed to WARESOUL LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Third-Party Content

Our Apps include quotes and content attributed to various authors and sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the attribution or accuracy of all quotes. Religious content (Bible verses, Quran verses, Hadith) is sourced from recognized translations and collections.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The content in our Apps is for informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WARESOUL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Apps.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
