3. Camera Permission

QR Mastery requires camera access to scan QR codes and barcodes. By granting camera permission, you acknowledge that the camera is used solely for scanning purposes. Camera data is processed locally and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

When using QR Mastery, you agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not scan QR codes that you know contain malicious content
• Exercise caution when opening URLs from scanned codes
• Not use the App to infringe on others' rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. QR Code Content Warning

QR codes can contain various types of content including URLs, text, contact information, and more. We are not responsible for the content of scanned QR codes. Exercise caution when:

• Opening URLs from unknown QR codes
• Downloading files from scanned links
• Providing personal information to linked websites

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WARESOUL LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before period end
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at purchase confirmation
• Manage subscriptions in App Store Account Settings
• Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods

• Any malicious content in scanned codes
• Loss of data or unauthorized access
