Why isn't my camera working?

Make sure you've granted camera permission to QR Mastery. Go to Settings > QR Mastery > Camera and enable access.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select QR Mastery.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open QR Mastery, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I clear my scan history?

Go to the Library tab, tap the "..." menu, and select "Clear History". You can also delete individual scans by swiping left on them.

Can I generate QR codes?

Yes! QR Mastery Premium allows you to generate QR codes for URLs, text, contacts, WiFi networks, and more. Tap the "+" button on the Create tab to get started.

What barcode formats are supported?

QR Mastery supports QR codes, Data Matrix, Aztec, PDF417, Code 128, Code 39, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, and ITF-14.
